Government undertakes to change the lives of people in deep rural areas by providing quality services to them. This time it was through an intensive training of those in the front line of government services.
Three days training on Excellence Customer Care to capacitate government, an NGO’S and Parastals’ employee was held at Forever Resort Tshipise. The Training was aiming at improving service delivery standards for all rendering services at Madimbo TSC in Musina.
The Madimbo TSC is found some 80KM from Musina town provide services to the people of rural villages of Malale, Madimbo, Tanda and the surrounding villages and farms just few kilometers to the Zimbabwe border.
Workshop coordinator, Mmaphuti Mathatho from Government Communication (GCIS) said this workshop is done to ensure that all government departments, NGO’s and Parastals align with the government policy of rendering quality service to the people.
“As government we want to ensure quality service delivery to all communities including those in rural areas. We want to erase the torture of getting poor people travelling to very far government institutions only to be treated with contempt” said Mathatho.
