On the 22nd of January, nine delegates from Malawian Government visited Thokoza Thusong Service Centre in Ekurhuleni Southern Region. The purpose of the visit was to learn how service delivery is being collectively rendered in South Africa based on the concept of one stop centre.

Delegates were then taken for a tour and visited different department within the centre to have in-depth information on various services rendered by both government and privates sectors such as telecentres.

The intention is to unlock opportunities for service delivery, growth and development by piloting one stop centers in Malawi.

The visit was welcomed by Gauteng Premier’s Office and GCIS.
